What personal data do we collect?

Why do we collect personal data?

  • If you are a customer or a former-customer,
    • we need your personal data to be able to communicate with you and your colleagues about your projects.
    • we also use your contact details to maintain a proper relationship with you. For example by sending you a Christmas card, by keeping you posted about other interesting projects or by executing any other action that might improve our relationship.

    • we use your personal data to fulfill our legal obligations like sending and storing invoices

On which ground do we collect personal data?

  • As a (former-)customer,
    • we collect your personal data to be able to properly execute the contract that we both agreed to.
    • Part of the personal data, like the invoices and related personal information, is kept because of our legal obligations
  • As a prospect and as a former-customer
    • we keep you personal data because of our legitimate interest to keep our business healthy and make it grow.
  • As a user of this website
    • we keep your personal data based on our legitimate interest to make our website working properly
    • we also keep some personal data based on our legitimate interest to keep on learning about the different tracking technologies.

When do we remove your personal data?

  • As a (former-)customer, we keep your personal data 10 years after the last customer contact.
  • As a prospect, we keep your contact details 5 years after our last contact
  • As a user of this website, we only keep your personal data for 1 month.

Executing your rights

European privacy law (GDPR) provides you with some rights like

  • the right to rectify this information if applicable
  • the right to erasure or to be forgotten

When you are not satisfied with the way we handle your personal data or your requests, you can always contact the belgian privacy authority to log a complaint.

Transferring your data

We do not transfer your personal data to 3rd parties.
